These are realistic reviews here. I have been waiting 2-1/2 months for my order. Gold Of Sunshine stopped replying to my e-mails with no indication of a refund. I wasted over $200 with these scammers.

Yeah, it’s true. This place will take your money and run. I placed an order for a couple of kilos of kratom. They never shipped it. I did end up getting my money back. But I wouldn’t ever trust them in the future. Please go elsewhere.

i’ll bet the bogus reviews are the positive ones. i ordered two plants almost a year ago and have received NOTHING, except a few emails saying they needed more time for rooting, and offering a refund. lately i have contacted them begging for my plants and received no answer, no contact for about half a year. i don’t know why bouncing bear would maintain a connection to a site with so many negative reviews… spend your money elsewhere.

This place is a scam! Be warned they will take your money with no intentions of shipping you anything. Once you complain you will be met with either disrespect or promises to ship with extra for the inconvience. But don’t be fooled! They may even go so far as to give you false shipping information. Take my advice and save your money by simply looking elsewhere.

Ive order from these guys in the past and it was great. But recently I ordered a live plant.. 2 weeks ago! This review isn’t bogus or fabricated. They’re a legit business and I’m a legit customer and I’d like to receive my product so if you guys could answer an email or pick up the phone I’d really like to stay in business with you guys. So now it has been 27 days. Strangely enough every other review site has a couple of people who use the “legit” word in that first sentence with 5 stars all around. I have called 2 numbers, one in Arizona and one in Portland. First one rings twice then no voicemail offered. Other one doesn’t allow customers to call that number. I think if all of these reviews were “bogus” they wouldn’t be so complex and detailed. My order does not have a tracking number, only an order number, and has been “status: pending” for 27 days. I did get one response on Facebook that promised it would be sent ( with no actual reason why it hadn’t) and with extra product. Still waiting. 2 weeks after that.

also, I have the product rating on 3 stars cause I hear it is great, but have no way of knowing myself because they won’t send it. And the status “pending” has been up since day 1, I have no idea what is actually pending! Has it processed the order after 2 weeks? Is it waiting for a confirmation that I got it? I have no idea because they won’t talk to me. Also, I get a feeling that these almost 5 star reviews are coming from the same place, because if they are telling us about how these are supposedly being used to make them look bad then why are so many people saying similar situations yet giving the product and price good reviews? I know that i am for real.

I have been waiting 13 days for my order to come in, which means at least 9 business days, maybe more! I can’t get in touch, I have called probably 20 times (that is NOT an exaggeration, it could be more) and no response. There is no voicemail. I have emailed 3 times. I have put in a review on their site just so that they will have to look over it before publishing it and gave them my email and order number and even my phone number to contact me. I don’t want to just talk crap about them because I truly don’t know ANYTHING about why this might be happening, but as of right now, I think they are horrible. I really want to like them and I hope there is good reason for this mess up, but I am not letting my money just sit with them.

Referred there from Bouncing Bear Botanicals, which gave me good service in the past, but has gotten out of the Salvia business. Never received my order. Several attempts to contact got no response. Bouncing Bear Botanicals has since removed references to them from their site, so I assume I’m not the only one who has had this experience.

Ordered 2 live plants over a year ago. First it was countless emails explaining shipping was delayed due to weather and that they were supposedly going out of business. Months later they sent an email saying to contact them if I wanted a refund. I did so and never received a refund. I have attempted to contact them numerous times through both email and the contact form on their website asking to either fulfill the order or refund. Nothing. No response whatsoever. Will not do business with them or recommend to anyone. Zero stars for everything.

I purchased a 20x gram of their salvia extract and holy crud was it amazing. They are legit i got my order in 3 days i would highly reccomend them. Ignore all the crap about them not being real or not shipping because they do. Customer service replied to every email i sent them as well. EVERY ORDER comes with a tracking number so you KNOW your package is comming.

Received my 2 Salvia plants in the Mail in a small envelope. Plants were poorly packed, yellowing and wilting. One plant had begun to turn black. I placed the plants in a humidifier in excellent soil and moderated temperature, and penned an email to Gold of Sunshine letting them know that the shipment arrived in poor condition and would most likely die despite my efforts. I offered to pay expedited next day shipping of replacement plants in the likely event the plants died. No response. When I wrote again confirming that the plants had indeed died, and requested replacement with viable seedlings, I have yet to receive a response.

Excellent customer service, great quality products, fast shipping, large selection. I would recommend them to anyone. My order with them was delayed but they made up for it with some free samples.
Overall I was satisfied with my purchase. They went out of their way to make me happy.

Interesting products and prices, however their customer service is horrible.
It seems impossible to contact them. They have hung up on me after answering, and do not respond via email.
I spent 43$ on a live plant, I wrote respectfully and left voicemails, addressing several inquiries i had.
Received no response/confirmation, I feel disrespected as a paying customer. I have not had this issue with other suppliers yet.
I will not be ordering here again and at the moment highly discourage ordering here. I am awaiting my product still, which is not late. But based on their service and customer reviews, I am disappointed.

I tried to purchase some Salvia and a Salvia Live plant. I paid at the checkout and a few days later, I received an Email concerning my purchase. Gold of Sunshine refused to sell me Salvia Because I was going to consume it. In their exact words: We do not sell our SACRED SALVIA DIVINORUM for human consumption, we have issued a refund. I found that email strange and wrote back asking for a Live plant. I like house plants and would have liked to have a salvia Plant at home. They replied that they DID have live plants, but not for me… I found the whole very impolite and purchased my salvia elsewhere.
Pros: GOS has the best prices for salvia. I heard the quality of their products was good. Shipping is inexpensive, and free if you use the Coupon Code: freeship
Cons: Poor customer relations. Don’t mention that you might smoke their product, they might get angry and refund your money.
Conclusion: Buy your salvia a little less “Sacred” and avoid frustration. The whole thing felt like 1960′s racism, where black people couldn’t buy anything from “white stores”. It’s like saying: we don’t sell to “your kind”… That’s how you make your business grow!
