Over more than five years I’ve ordered many products from Sage Wisdom. I’ve always been pleased with the service and the dedication of Daniele Siebert. To me, he is a servant of humanity — doing his best to improve the human condition.

Since posting this review, Daniel has got my product to me. The quality of the product is great, but I would be worried about another shipping error or lack of communication on future orders, which would make me hesitant to purchase again. Proceed with caution but at least I finally am receiving my product.

Daniel is a scammer who steals people’s money. I have tried to email and call him several times but once he received my money there has been no responses. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DANIEL IS A FRAUD. Hopefully someone sees this before making the same mistake I did. Shame on you Daniel.

This guy is a scammer. I never received an order from him and he never responded to an email asking about the order that I sent a month after the order was placed. It’s been about two months and I have nothing. What a waste of $60.

Very informative website and fast shipping after they received check . Product was as advertised (Standardized Salvinorin A Enhanced Leaf) … Price was a bit high but this was my 1st time with this stuff and I felt comfortable ordering here . Level 5 trip wow! It would be better if I didn’t fight it …

I’m a very new customer to Sage Wisdom Botanicals. I live in Canada, and I understand that it may take weeks to ship my order. My concern is that the email address given support@sagewisdombotanicals.com is so full that I got a mailer demon message saying such. I feel cut off from any support at all, and there is no phone number given. I shall hereafter look for a site closer to home. I liked Sage Wisdom because they accepted visa, whereas my kratom source does not. I don’t mind waiting, really, I mind not being able to contact someone about my order.

I’m not rating this supplier, because my shipment never actually went through, but I wanted to put here my experience with the process to warn others about what they might go through.
First, I payed Daniel Siebert through paypal (because credit card companies will not longer process payments for him) $45 for a salvia plant plus shipping. I had email contact with him for about 2 weeks. All is fine up until this point.
I start to get worried at this point, because It’s taking so long and I read reviews about him cutting off email contact with people and not sending their orders.
I email him again, asking when he’s sending the order. No replies, 7 days later. So at that point I’m pretty sure I got ripped off.
Well, I email him one more time asking for a refund and 2 days later I contested it on Paypal. I planned on a big headache trying to get my money back ($45 is a lot of money to me) because I was sure it was a scam.
I was relieved, a couple days later, to see that he had emailed me back and dispersed my refund. He explained that there was an issue with his supplier.
So he’s definitely NOT a scammer. In retrospect, I wish I had been warned ahead of time about any possible complications, and before he took my payment. If you order from him MAKE SURE he is ready to ship your order soon or you may not see it for a while or hear much from him at all. But he will refund your money if something goes wrong.

My experience with Sage Wisdom Botanicals was fantastic. My order shipped the same day as the request was submitted and I received my order 2 days later. In addition, I had a few follow up questions after placing the order and I have to say that the professionalism of Daniel was second to none. All and all I would definitely recommend them.

I received my order in two days and it is the best maeng da I’ve used so far. I have ordered from 4 0r 5 other companies since discovering how well this works but the ultra maeng da is very, very good and I’m going to re-order very soon.

I am sorry to see that there are a couple of negative reviews here. We do our very best to ship orders promptly, provide good customer service, and keep our customers happy. I am puzzled by Carlo Mastrogiacomo’s comments. I checked my email history and see that he emailed me twice and that I replied each time promptly. Robert does not give his last name, so I cannot check my records, track his order, and determine why he did not receive it. Regarding MasterCard, they do not allow merchants who sell Salvia divinorum or kratom to accept their card (they consider it damaging to their brand name). That has nothing to do with us “scamming” anyone.

Sage wisdom botanicals scammed me, after the order and payment process i never heard anything from them again. Just as a warning for other people out there. The owner Daniel Siebert uses his good reputation to scam some people if you go read in some forums there are other people he scammed. Because of this by the way Master Card has also stopped servcing his site.

There has to be a lot of respect for Daniel Siebert and everything that the knowledge of salvia that he has contributed to the world. But his prices are astronomical. It might only be worth looking at his tinctures, but he’s not the only one carrying those anymore.
